PAYMENT & SHIPPING
WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY ORDER AT PARATEC?
You can pay for your products (parachutes, harnesses, spare parts) by bank transfer in advance, by credit card, and in cash at pickup.
In all countries using the euro, we also offer PayPal as a payment method.
CAN I HAVE MY HARNESS AND/OR PARACHUTE SHIPPED TO A DEALER OR A PICKUP AREA?
In general, it is possible to have your product delivered to your desired address. When you order please let us know to which address we should send the product and who is the local contact person.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We are working hard to provide an overview of the delivery times for Germany, Europe, and the rest of the world online. It is very important to us that your order arrives safely and intact, which is why we use reliable logistics partners for our shipments.
Average delivery times
Germany: approx. 1 to 2 working days
Europe: approx. 3 to 6 working days
Rest of the world: approx. 2 weeks

The shipping costs always depend on the ordered product and the delivery location.

Thanks to the support of our parcel and forwarding service providers, we deliver to Germany, Europe, and the rest of the world.
DO I NEED TO CONSIDER ANYTHING SPECIAL REGARDING SHIPPING?
When importing into the country of destination (if delivery address is not in an EU country), you are responsible for paying customs on the goods according to the country’s requirements.
The amount of customs depends on the respective customs regulations in the country as well as the type and value of the goods. Together with our logistics partners we advise and support you in the necessary customs clearance.

CAN I MEASURE MY SIZE FOR THE HARNESS MYSELF?
Generally, we recommend that you have your harness measured by a dealer at your location.
Our authorized dealers will advise you in detail and take the necessary body measurements (height, inseam etc.) together with you. According to your performance level they will help you to choose the right product.
HOW AND FOR HOW LONG CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
If you are ordering from an EU country, you can inform us by e-mail or via the contact form if you would like to make changes to the billing or delivery address until shortly before the shipment of your product.
Changes or adjustments to the product that you configured should be sent to us immediately after receipt of the order. Please check the order confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible via our contact form in case of change requests. Once the production process has started, changes are no longer possible.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE AVAILABILITY AND EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE OF A PRODUCT?
On our home page, the delivery times are displayed under the respective products. We update them regularly.
Each order confirmation will state an individual delivery date. Please note that these are average delivery times.

TECHNICAL SERVICE
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF THE NEXT HARNESS’ FLAT SHAPE?
Due to the significantly lower clamping effect of flat sidewalls for the POD, auxiliary constructions such as open corners for wingsuit diving are not needed with the NEXT.
A flat container that rests against the body is aerodynamically ideal for 3D maneuvers during freefall.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RSH II AND RSH III?
The RSH III reserve parachute offers space in its plate-shaped lid to accommodate the Cypres cutter. The strength of the spring has been further optimized. The greater bounce moves the reserve parachute faster away from the body and into the air stream.
